Tactical Mk. 3 (Defensive) Blueprint is a crafting blueprint that lets you craft Tactical Mk. 3 (Defensive), an Epic tactical augment built for shield sustain with an Integrated Shield Recharger on a fixed cooldown.
It also lets you use Shield Rechargers while running, and it supports Light, Medium, and Heavy shields in ARC Raiders.
